About Me
I am Elisavet Mourey, a Life Coach with an academic background in psychology and ongoing training in psychotherapy. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology from Northumbria University and I am currently in training in a four-year Existential Psychotherapy program at Gignesthai. This combination of academic study and ongoing training shapes how I understand human experience, meaning, and personal development.
My approach is informed by existential philosophy, with a focus on each person’s uniqueness, freedom, responsibility, and search for meaning. I am particularly interested in how people relate to themselves, navigate uncertainty, and make sense of their lives.
At this stage, I offer coaching sessions, providing a space where you can speak openly and reflect on what feels important to you. My role is not to diagnose or treat, but to support you in exploring your thoughts, experiences, and perspectives with honesty and curiosity.
Our work together is a collaborative process, grounded in open dialogue, mutual respect, and attention to what is present in the moment. We move at your pace, without judgment or assumptions, allowing space for new insights to emerge.
Sometimes, the first step is simply noticing that you might want to talk to someone. If that thought has crossed your mind, something in you is already moving—and that matters.
If this resonates with you, you are welcome to reach out.
